  • All DOMESTIC orders will be shipped via UPS ground or US Postal service MEDIA MAIL with a charge of $3.50 for handling & packing PLUS WEIGHT PER ITEM.

  • Sales tax will be charged at the current Orem, Utah rate for all instate orders.
     
  • Orders will be shipped within 48 hours if product is in stock.
     
  • Orders received after 12:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped by the following Tuesday (holidays exempt).
     
  • ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR LARGE PICTURES AND STATUES (due to their size and weight).
     
  • Occasionally some items are on "back-order" status, the order will be held until items are available. Granite will send an email to the customer to let them know the approximate shipping date.
